Jeff Gould
CEO & Director of Research at Peerstone Research.
Jeff has 20 years of experience in technology publishing
and IT market research. Prior to co-founding Peerstone, he worked
6 years at technology publisher CMP Media in a variety of senior
editorial positions before being named Director of Strategic Marketing
for CMP Europe. Prior to CMP, Jeff spent six years as CEO of Datastrategies
SA, a European IT market research firm he founded in 1988. While
at Datastrategies he developed numerous large enterprise IT user
panel research programs for major clients around the world. In the
mid 1980s he worked for French engineering firm DG Conseil developing
design specs for
early generation Unix workstations used by the French Ministry of
Defense. Jeff has published, lectured and taught seminars on a wide
range of technology subjects.
David Tyler
President at Peerstone Research.
David has 18 years of experience helping technology vendors achieve their communications and sales goals domestically and internationally. Prior to co-founding Peerstone, he worked at Medscape (now WebMD) where, as the VP of Medscape's International Division, David successfully launched Medscape Europe a wholly owned subsidiary of Medscape Inc. Prior to Medscape, David spent fourteen years at CMP Media where, as a senior exec, he was instrumental in developing several new businesses including: CMP's National Accounts Business, CMP's International Licensing Business and CMP's International Sales Business. While at CMP, David successfully negotiated international media partnerships and sales agreements in 34 countries. David has a BA in Economics from The University of Arizona and has participated in executive education programs at: Harvard University, Columbia University, The Wharton School, The American Graduate School of International Management (Thunderbird).
